Ryan Lee Bootcamp (Picture of me!)

I got back from the 2nd Annual Ryan Lee Bootcamp on Sunday! I had a great time, met some great fitness professionals, and learned some awesome fitness tips. Check out this picture taken at the event (I put an arrow pointing to me in the picture!).

As you can see, hundreds of fitness professionals attended this event and it really was something special. If you are a fitness professional and did not attend, then I would highly recommend that you check out the DVDs of the event when they are available (Ryan has a waiting list set up and if you Click Here then you can jump on that list!). I highly recommend picking up a copy of those DVDs if you were not able to make the event.
